The monthly board is $550.00 and is due on the first of
each month. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged if payment
is later than 7 days. Payments should be made to Brecksville
Stables, Inc. and mailed to:

The disposition of the horse in a situation
of arrears will be handled according to law or statutes applicable.
Accommodations may be made upon discussion with management.
A security deposit of
$550.00 is required.
prior of acceptance of any horse into the barn. This security deposit assures a
guarantee for the faithful performances of all the terms of the boarder's
agreement. Brecksville Stables, Inc. agrees to refund this deposit to the
boarder after vacation of the premises or at the expiration of the boarder's
agreement providing that all terms of the boarder's agreement has been complied with,
less any deductions authorized in agreement.
